3. Task - Update your new group's permissions
In this step we're going give your new group the ability to create and edit forms. Make sure you are logged in as your normal user.
Assign privileges
The Privileges tab controls what members of this group will be able to do.
Find and edit the new group you created earlier. Open the Privileges tab add all of the form privileges (remember you can add all privileges in a group by double-clicking on it):

Add content roots
Content roots control where a user can use their privileges and the content they can access.
On the Content tab give the group access to a form group:

Your form groups will be unique to your platform and you can organise them however you like. There's more information in Managing Forms. You will have one group, called "GOSS" which holds all of the forms we have created that are part of the products installed in your platform - we don't recommend giving users access to this.
Switch users
Log out and back in as the new user you created in the first tutorial.
As well as the article content assigned directly to them, you should now have access to the forms designer and the form group you added as a content root to the user group.
If you can't see the forms, check that you put your new user in the group.
