Reallocating Cases and Viewing Workload

The Case Overview article uses the Task Management template and can be used to see the tasks assigned to users and to reallocate them.

Overview

The table shows all of the currently active fostering enquiries.

Filters

The filters at the top of the table let you pick a user. This will filter the list of tasks to those that are currently assigned to the user and those that the user could potentially claim to work on (in practice, all unassigned tasks).

Task/Process Column

This column shows the description of the fostering enquiry, which includes the date it was raised, the name of the enquirer, and the reference number.

Assignee

If the enquiry is currently assigned to a user, their name will be displayed here. If no-one is working on it, the drop-down will display "unassigned".

To change who the enquiry is assigned to, pick a new name from the drop-down, then press the "Assign/Unclaim" button at the bottom of the table. You can also change the enquiry to "unassigned" so that anyone can pick it up from the list of claimable tasks.

Created/Due

The created and due date (if applicable) of the enquiry.

Setup

This article uses the Task Management template. In the article extras set:

  • The user group to CM-FOSTERINGHUB
  • The process to Case Management v1
  • The filter expression to form_casetype='fostering'
