How Subtypes Categorise Cases
In the Fostering Hub, subtype is used to hold the name of the local authority the enquiry relates to. Subtypes can be set automatically in one of two ways. They can also be changed manually.
Users and User Groups
The Fostering Hub has two main user groups for fostering team members, plus extra groups for local authority users.

Fostering Case Type Configuration

Self Service Articles
The main page hub is made up of Self Service articles, each filtered to show cases at different stages.
Assisted Service
Assisted Service is used by staff to log enquiries on behalf of members of the public.
