The Fostering Hub has two main user groups for fostering team members, plus extra groups for local authority users.
| User Group | Description |

| CM-FOSTERING | A parent group in the main Case Management group structure to hold the others |
| CM-FOSTERINGHUB | This is the main user group for fostering hub staff members. Users in this group will be able to carry out all of the tasks described in Handling Enquiries |
| CM-FOSTERING-REQUESTTOCLOSE | Fostering cases need to be reviewed before they can be closed. Users in this group can have the "Request to Close" task assigned to them to approve a closure, as described in Closing a Case |
| LOCAL-AUTHORITIES | Create user groups for each local authority and add users. These groups need to be added to the "Refer to LA" task in the Fostering Case Type Configuration so the task can be assigned to them. These groups should be added beneath the main CM-FOSTERING group, and can be organised into a FOSTERING-PARTNERS group |
