Contribute can be used to create different types of content, but whether you are creating events, locations, services or rooms, the core functionality matches the workflow described below.
Creating Content
Contribute uses a single form. Submitting the form starts a workflow process that creates an article, media items, tasks to update the article, and may create an approval task for one of your staff members.
Approving Content
The content users submit can go through an approval step, managed by staff members using the Self Service template.
Managing and Updating Content
The Self Service and User Requests templates can be set up to display contributed articles. Standard tasks include update, copy and archive.
