Case Management - Advanced Configuration

This course develops your new case type, customising the behaviour of Case Management with the more advanced configuration settings.

• Learn how to create and add an "Additional Details" form
• Be able to set up a "Read Only" form
• Learn how to update task titles to show information about a case
• Be able to use subtypes to assign a case to a pre-defined group
• Learn how to convert a case from one type to another and map case data between fields
