Forms Service Template

The Impact Forms Service Template is used to display forms built using the iCM Forms Designer.

1. Page Title (article heading)
2. Article Introductory and Body text
3. A form related to the article. Any number of forms can be displayed, each operating independently
4. Related Assets (added using the Related Content tab in iCM)
