The shortcuts tab is available when editing iCM groups and iCM users. User shortcuts are only of one type - iCM Content Shortcuts. Group shortcuts include External Links, iCM Apps and iCM Forms. User shortcuts can also be created by users themselves from the iCM homepage.
Creating a shortcut will not automatically provide the necessary privileges to perform the actions of the shortcut. Appropriate privileges and content roots must also be assigned.
