Event lists appear on the Calendar, Location, Event and Event Search templates.
The Calendar, Location and Event Search templates display a summary of an event which includes the title, introductory text and image (if one is present) taken from the relevant event article. This is then followed by a list of occurrences.
The Location, Calendar and Event templates display all occurrences for the relevant day. The Event Search template displays the next three occurrences.
This screenshot shows two event lists, each displaying two event occurrences.
Each occurrence in an event list may include the following information. These details, including toggling them on or off, are set in the article extras of the event article the list is for.
- The event's date and time, which acts as a link to the event (this will include start and end dates if the event spans more than one day). If these details have been hidden in the event article extras the link displays the word "View" instead. When on the Event template, choosing to view an event occurrence will reload the page with the details of that occurrence at the top
- The number of available tickets left for the event. If the event is fully booked the "Sold out" text from the Event article extras is displayed
- The event price, or the text "FREE"
- The location of the event, which acts as a link to that location
- A link/button to book places on the event with content managed text. This will be replaced with the "Sold out" text when there are no places left to book
