This course is for delegates who have little or no experience using iCM, and aimed at all users who need an introduction to content management. This course is typically delivered when you first start using the Digital Platform, or for training new members of your team.
Learning Objectives
- Be able to use iCM as a content management system
- Be able to create, format, save and publish Articles
- Be able to de-cache articles
- Be able to delete an article
- Be able to search and locate existing articles
- Understand how to order articles, using parent and child articles, and be able to move articles.
- Be able to schedule articles to appear at a certain time and update search keywords for the article
- Understand Site Security
- Be able to bulk edit articles
