Job Application Form

This is a Job Application form which includes:

• Login or register prompts
• Repeatable pages
• Save for later
• The GOSS address lookup

It also has the ability to pull in the job title from another article to allow applicants to pick the job they are applying for. It generates a unique reference number for each application using the date and time.

It generates 3 emails. One submission summary for the customer and two for HR. One of those keeps the Equality Monitoring data separate.

Things to Update

As with all community content, please check and test the form before you use it. This list highlights the main items:

• Add the name of your subsite to various conditional fields. The current subsite name is "chill"
• The "login" and "sign up" buttons link to the friendly URLs /login and /register
• Check and update the logic in the "POSITION" field following the comments added in the options function
• The address lookup assumes you are using the GOSS postcode search
• The "missing address" guidance text links to a friendly URL /missingaddress
• The email action fields will need to be updated with relevant addresses. All of the email body and .pdf text will need to be reviewed
