Website Groups and Users
Take great care when assigning any of these privileges. They allow your iCM users to access information, and potentially the personal details, of anyone who has registered with your website.

iCM Groups and Users
Note that giving a user the ability to edit iCM users will also allow them to edit their own iCM user, potentially allowing them to assign themselves additional privileges and content roots.

Reports
Privilege | Description |

Add | Allows users to create a new report from an existing report type. That is, create a report to run "now", "on demand" or "scheduled". Users who wish to develop new report types (new ColdFusion scripts) need access to the iCM custom folder. Users with this report will also be able to generate reports that run "now" and see the results, they will not be able to generate reports from existing report settings |
Delete | Allows users to delete a report that has been created and saved to run on demand or at a scheduled time |
Edit | Allows a user to edit the settings of an existing report that has been created and saved to run on demand or at a scheduled time and to generate a report based on those settings |

Definitions
Unlike other privileges, once access to a definition has been granted, users will have full create, delete, edit and view access. There are no content roots.
Note that these privileges allow the underlying definitions of iCM content types to be edited. There is no need, for example, to give a user who uploads media into iCM, access to the media definition, they only need the media content privileges (unless they need to define new file types/extensions that don't currently exist of course).
Although grouped beneath the definitions management menu in iCM, templates have their own set of privileges described below.

Approval Requirements
Users with this privilege will have full access to the Approval Requirements. When managing approval requirements users will be able to see the entire article tree for all subsites in iCM.
Version Control Policies
Users with this privilege can create, delete, edit and view version control policies for articles, media, links and forms. See Version Control Policies for more information.
Locked Items
Users with this privilege will have access to the Locked Items section.
Decache Site
Users with this privilege will be able to decache the site.
