The test and trace support payment has been introduced to support residents who are struggling to self-isolate due to financial constraints. The aim of the scheme is to ensure residents on low incomes self-isolate when they test positive or are identified as a contact. This is Preston's version, we have taken the guidance and used this to create the form.
