Log into iCM

During this session we'll have a look at logging in to ICM.

In most cases, all you need to do is go to the site and add/ ICM to the end of the URL.

This will take you to the login screen.

Enter your username and password, then click login.

You'll then be taken to the ICM homepage.

If you see a warning message when trying to log into ICM saying you're already logged in, don't worry.

This simply means that the last time you used ICM, you didn't log out.

To continue, click the Continue button.

This will resume your session and take you to the ICM homepage.
