iCM-Forgotten-Password During this session, we'll guide you through resetting your ICM password using the Forgotten Password option. Before you begin, it's important to note that this option is only available if you've previously set up your security questions. These are configured in Change Security Settings found in the Actions panel on the ICM homepage. If you attempt to log in and see a message saying login failed, please contact an ICM administrator. This may mean that the site is not accessible from your current IP address, or that the username or password that you've entered is incorrect. Please keep in mind that after 5 consecutive unsuccessful login attempts, your account will be locked for one hour. During this time, an administrator will need to unlock your account before you can regain access. To reset your password, select Forgotten Password from the login screen. This is the first of three steps. Enter the username and e-mail address link to your account and select Continue. If either detail is incorrect, you'll see an error message letting you know that the reset has failed. When the correct details are entered, and remember they're not case sensitive, select Continue. You'll then move to Step 2 where you'll be asked to answer two of the three security questions you previously set up. These answers are also not case sensitive. Once answered correctly, you'll reach the final step. Enter the security token sent to your e-mail and you'll be able to create a new password. Please note that in non-live environments, the e-mail will be sent to the Mailhog utility instead of your inbox. If you need access details, please contact your administrators or contact us. After resetting your password, you can log into ICM using your new credentials.Transcript for iCM Forgotten Password
