Answering security questions to reset your password.
During this session, we'll have a look at how you can set up your security questions so you can reset your ICM password if you forget it. Having these in place allows you to use the Forgotten password option to reset your ICM password from the ICM login screen. When you log into ICM, you'll see a security warning message asking you to specify 3 security questions if you haven't already done so. When this message appears, click OK to continue. Next, click the purple arrow on the security warning banner at the top of the screen or select the Change security settings from the actions panel on the left hand side. A pop up window will appear asking you to enter your current password. Enter your current password and if you'd like to change your password at this time, enter a new password, then re enter it to confirm. Now select three security questions and provide answers for each one. The answers are not case sensitive. Once you're finished, click Change to save your settings. Administrators can manage the security questions from the File Manager section of ICM.Transcript for Security Questions
