The smart snippet layout holds a smart snippet. Pick the smart snippet you'd like to insert into your form.
The fields inside a smart snippet layout can't be edited from the form they are added to - they are managed from the smart snippet. When you make changes to a smart snippet, any forms that use it will be updated the next time they are published.
Smart snippet layouts can be unlinked from the smart snippet they relate to by right-clicking on the layout and choosing "Unlink fields from smart snippet". The fields in the snippet will become part of your form and can be edited like normal.
This layout can't be used in a smart snippet or in a form that has an external type definition.

| Prefix | If you use the same smart snippet more than once on the same form, or have fields on your form with the same names as fields in the smart snippet, the prefix you enter here will be added to all of the field names inside the snippet to prevent duplicates. The prefix is also applied to any field names used in functions and handlers within the smart snippet so that it remains internally consistent. If you update the field names in the smart snippet, the prefix will still be applied on this form | PREFIX |
