Setting up Contribute

Contribute uses three form to create, update and approve content. The forms are tailored to each instance of Contribute you create.

Copy the forms in the "Default" group into a group of your own, giving them meaningful names.

Update the form

The following fields need to be updated in your copy:

• Page 2 CONFIG default function - Add the name of your configuration end point's group as the "application"
• Page 2 PARENTARTICLE options function - Add the name of your configuration end point's group as the "configName"
• Page 3 Start Process - Add the name of your application again. Optionally add:
  • The name of the form to approve the content, plus the site user group name of the approvers
  • The name of the form to update the content
  • The name of the form to copy the content (this can be the same as the form used to create)
