Search Panels

A panel article using the Search template displays a search box. It displays its article heading and summary in the same way as standard article panels.

The search input behaves in the same way as the search in the site navigation or Search article, and can display search suggestions.

The background of a search panel will either be a background image related to the search article or a default colour supplied by the theme.

Panel style metadata can be used to modify the appearance of the panel, including the alignment of the text.

Creating Search Panels

Create an article using the Search template for your panel content and optionally add metadata and a background image. Relate it to your article that uses the Panel template.

The top example has the main site search related to it. The second one shows is a search article with a background image related to it.
