The text editor provides options to both undo and redo changes within text blocks.
Undo
This option is a quick way to cancel any recently introduced changes and restore the content to its previous state. This is especially useful when the last performed operation was particularly destructive e.g. if selected content is accidentally deleted. In order to revert the last change, activate the undo command in two ways:
- Press the button on the toolbar.
- Press the Ctrl+Z combination on your keyboard.
Redo
This option lets you revert the last undo operation. This means that the content returns to the state it was in before you performed the undo. In order to revert the last undo operation, activate the redo command in two ways:
- Press the button on the toolbar.
- Press the Ctrl+Y combination on your keyboard.
